Founders Ajay and Sirio met while working at the same affiliate publisher, where they created various tools for conversion tracking, data reporting, and automation.

The team noticed the tool had serious value for the broader affiliate marketing space — the kind of "wait, other people would pay for this?" realization — and wecantrack was established in 2019.
